Yes. The CA plan includes practice management built for firms: track client work, assign tasks to staff, and stay on top of filing deadlines across every client from one workspace.
The plan includes 1,500 SmartUploads pages per year plus an annual AI usage allowance, both pooled across your clients. Pages cover PDFs and images; bank statements and Excel imports draw on the usage allowance instead, so a long statement doesn't burn through the page pool. You stay in control: choose which client companies can draw from it. When the included usage runs out, top up with an add-on bundle — or move to CA Max for 2.5× the quota.
Bundles are one-time purchases that add capacity on top of your plan. SmartUploads pages cost ₹2 each in bundles — ₹200 for 100 pages, or ₹1,800 for a 1,000-page pack (10% off). SmartAuditor token top-ups are available in-app. Credits never expire and roll over while your plan is active.
Yes — and it's the longest one we offer. Verified CA firms get 2 months of CA Pro free. Verify your firm during onboarding, use the full plan across your clients, and you're billed only after the 2 months end. Cancel anytime before then.

If a single business needs heavy monthly AI volume, Pro or Max is the right plan; if a firm needs every client in one workspace, CA Pro costs less per client than any alternative.
