CA Plus is for solo CAs and small practices: unlimited clients, unlimited users, 10,000 SmartUploads pages a year, unlimited bank statements, bank and GST reconciliation and filings, the compliance calendar, and Tally and Zoho migration support. CA Pro adds unlimited SmartUploads, work management, scheduled tasks and workflows, and the client document portal for firms running client work as a team. CA Max adds the dedicated Audit module, notice management, and priority support with a dedicated account manager. All three include unlimited clients and users with no per-seat fees.
SmartUploads is unlimited on CA Pro and CA Max, and included as 10,000 pages a year on CA Plus. Bank statement processing is unlimited on every plan. Unlimited use is for the ordinary, good-faith use of a single firm, under our Fair Use Policy, which exists only to prevent resale and abuse, so the vast majority of firms will never be affected.
CA Max includes a dedicated Audit module for statutory and tax audit engagements: structured workpapers and an audit trail designed around ICAI expectations. The Audit module is available only on CA Max.
Yes. Every CA plan is exclusive of GST and billed annually. GST is added at checkout, and a GST invoice is provided after payment.
